The player from La Sella, Carla Herrero has been selected for the national team of golf

Carla Herrero, player formed in La Sella Golf has been selected to join the Spanish national team that will face Portugal in the International Youth category in Lisbon, in August.

Carla, 12 years old, thus rewarded his hard work over the years but especially in 2012, a season in which, in addition to this selection, has been proclaimed second in the Spain Alevín tournament held in late June in La Manga (Murcia).

Also Carla has been the winner of her category of Spain Benjamín Pitch & Putt in 2010, which demonstrates the excellent record of a player who is poised to do great things.

Next month, Carla and seven other junior golfers selected to join the Spanish team will go to Portugal with the intention of repeating the victory of the last year .

La Sella is also proud of other young players that have grown in our course, as Leticia Ras-Anderica, who three years ago took part in the British Ladies Amateur and two years ago at the Doral Publix Junior Classic, two most prestigious international tournaments.
