The dinner started with Scotch Broth, followed by the toast to the Haggis . The Haggis came into the Ballroom of the Marriott escorted by the team of chefs in charge of it, and showing all the guests, under the splendid sound of Scottish pipes, it began the ritual of the Haggis, chaired by the chairman Mr. John Lamont.
The rest of the menu, Beef Steak Pie, the Cranachan and British cheeses, were watered by one of the best malts in the world: Macallan. The dinner ended with the original Scottish dances.
On Sunday 29th 80 golfers played the tournament in La Sella Golf under typical conditions of pure Scotland, with a considerable wind, cold and a long and demanding course with difficult pin positions.
